Foods Highest in Vitamin B12, B1, and B6

The combination of thiamin (vitamin B1), vitamin B6, and B12 is especially useful in treating nighttime leg cramps. If you are looking for foods for vitamins B12, B1, and B6 altogether, here are your best bets:

  • Kellogg's All-Bran. The B-vitamins in this popular cereal are added in the process of manufacture, but you won't find more of all three of them in any other food.
  • Cheerios, and
  • Malto-Meal. Like All-Bran, this food's vitamin B12, B1, and B6 is artificial, but potent.
  • Duck liver. No artificial vitamins here.
  • Goose liver.
  • Almost all other prepackaged breakfast cereals sold in the US or Canada.
  • Morningstar Farms Breakfast (Soy) Patties.
  • "Chicken extender" (made with soy).
  • "Fish-less" fish sticks.
  • Ready-to-eat waffles.
  • Canned tuna.
  • Any kind of pork except bacon, ham, or sausage.
  • Salami.
  • Cheetos.
  • Chorizo.

Clearly, a lot of the foods on this list are not "health foods," but they are very high in the vitamins that prevent leg cramps. The easiest way to get your B's, of course, is to take a supplement.
