Baby's Eczema: Try Something Easy First

Entire books have been written on eczema and diet and eczema vs. infection.

If you’re just looking for a single simple addition to diet that can be a major addition to baby eczema remedies/ treatment for baby eczema and treat eczema-related rashes in kids and adults, too, however, I recommend two words:

Lactobacillus GG

or as it is known in the scientific literature, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG.

Using probiotic diary products or dairy substitutes that include Lactobacillus GG can greatly reduce the symptoms of eczema in infants. This friendly bacterium usually is not enough for a complete cure, but it usually enough to greatly relieve itch and rash and the sleepless nights for baby and parent that go along with it.

Lactobacillus GG also reduces the risk of red skin irritation that looks like a burn caused by diaper rash (nappy rash/Candida and rash) and also diarrhea and tooth decay. Products that contain it include Danimals drinks for kids and in Culturelle products for infants and for other people who can’t use dairy. And they work for older kids and adults, too.
